In an abnormal vibration diagnosis system using a rotational load prepared by the present invention, an automatic transmission (1) including a planetary gear, a clutch, and a brake is applied with a torque in order to rotate at a specific revolutions per minute (RPM). At the specific RPM, vibration and noise which are generated by the operation of the planetary gear, the clutch, and the brake are detected. The detected vibration and noise are converted into a vibration frequency by going through fast Fourier transformation (FFT). The converted vibration frequency is used to determine the existence of abnormal vibration of the automatic transmission (1). Therefore, the abnormal vibration diagnosis system almost does not require efforts and hours for analyzing abnormal vibration and can accurately locate a part having abnormal vibration. In particular, the abnormal vibration diagnosis system can accurately identify the size of abnormal vibration for a frequency determined as abnormal vibration, thereby simply predicting an area having potential abnormal vibration.
