The present invention relates to a toe ring for manufacturing a heavy duty pneumatic radial tire. The toe ring for manufacturing a heavy duty pneumatic radial tire, which forms a bead unit of a heavy duty pneumatic radial tire, comprises a toe ring heel unit (11) formed with an inclined plane connected to a side wall mold while being connected to a toe ring parting line (12), and toe ring toe unit (13) which connects a toe ring end unit (14) of a line shape and the toe ring heel unit, and is formed in a toe ring front plane (10) with an inclined planed having a small inclination angle as compared to that of the toe ring heel unit (11). Multiple vent holes (15) are formed at constant intervals along a circumference line connecting intersection points of the toe ring toe unit (13) and toe ring heel unit (13), and are penetrated until a toe ring dorsal plane (20). The toe ring dorsal plane (20) includes a leakage groove (25) connected to the vent hole (15) and formed along a circumference direction. The leakage groove (25) is formed to have a depth of six through eight times and a width of ten through twenty time based on the diameter of the vent hole (15). Accordingly, the present invention reduces cleaning cycles since a cleaning period on a part of vent hole of the toe ring is prolonged, is able to reduce time loss and economic loss according to mold replacement, improves the quality of a finished tire and is able to maintain beautiful appearance. |
