The system has a probe (21) e.g. oxygen probe, passing through a sleeve (23) fixed on a wall (10) to open into an interior (11) of the wall. A screen (20) is thermally remotely spaced from the wall. A plate (25) includes a passage hole (252) to be traversed by the probe, and is pressed against an outer end (230) of the sleeve by a shoulder (211) of the probe. The plate is held on the screen by a connecting unit (3) for allowing displacement of a center of the passage hole relative to the screen in a plane of the plate. The screen includes an opening (202) surrounding the probe.
