The present invention relates to an OTP generator having a visible ray communication function, comprising: an OTP generation unit for generating an OTP by an OTP generation algorithm according to an operation signal; a control unit for controlling the OTP generated by the OTP generator to be transmitted by the visible light; and a visible optical transmission unit for transmitting to a visible light communication receiving portion which is mounted on terminal with the OTP by the control from the control unit. According to the present invention, the OTP generator is to solve the trouble of inputting the OTP generated on the PC each time and to improve the reliability and convenience for the use of the OTP by enabling the accurate input of the OTP.
