<p>A solar cell according to an embodiment comprises: a substrate; a back electrode layer formed on the upper side of the substrate; a light absorbing layer formed on the upper side of the back electrode layer; a buffer layer formed on the upper side of the light absorbing layer; and a front electrode layer formed on the upper side of the buffer layer, and has a patter part with multiple protrusions, which formed on the back side of the substrate. A method for manufacturing the solar cell according to an embodiment comprises: forming the back electrode layer on the substrate; forming the light absorbing layer on the back electrode layer; forming the buffer layer on the light absorbing layer; and forming the front electrode layer on the buffer layer, and makes the protrusions directly contact to a driving roller which moves the supporting substrate while the step of forming pattern part with multiple protrusions on the back side of the substrate and forming the light absorbing layer on the back electrode layer.</p> |
