The present invention relates to a multilayered electrode for a redox flow battery and a redox flow battery comprising the same. The multilayered electrode for a redox flow battery of the present invention has a multilayered structure including more than two layers formed of different materials. The materials which form a layer located on a region where the reaction is concentrated by having high density of positive ions and electrons have a larger specific surface area than the materials which form a layer located on another region. The multilayered electrode for a redox flow battery uses different kinds of carbon felts, carbon fabrics, or an electrode layer with conductive powder for increasing the ion reaction area inside the flow battery and increasing the efficiency and current density.
