The system has a cistern (11) filled with a material forming a solid thermal mass, liquid, gas or phase change. A refrigerating exchanger (12) superheats a refrigerant. An exchanger (13) heats a fluid in a circuit (A) coming from another exchanger (16). Another cistern (14) is filled with a fluid forming a thermal mass, and feeds another circuit (B). Another refrigerating exchanger (15) condenses and undercools the refrigerant. The latter exchanger pre-heats the fluid of the former circuit going into the former exchanger.
