Disclosed is a photoelectric conversion module. The photoelectric conversion module includes a first and a second conductive substrate which face each other; a first and a second grid electrode which are formed on the first and the second conductive substrate, respectively, and which form a conductive contact with the first and the second conductive substrate; and a first isolation electrode which is closely formed between the first conductive substrate and the second grid electrode. According to the present invention, a cell gap between the conductive substrates which face each other is reduced and efficiency is improved. |
