A sealing tool according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body whose end has the shape of a needle; a press member located in a penetration part penetrating the inside of the main body; and a rotating member which is located in the penetration part and receives pressure from the press member. The sealing tool of a light conversion member according to the embodiment includes a diaphragm; a light conversion member located on the diaphragm; and a sealing member cutting and sealing the light conversion member.
