摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method thereof is provided to use the medical components of a pine mushroom and antibacterial effects of a seasoned laver. CONSTITUTION: Salt is washed, disinfected, and pulverized. Mixing salt is manufactured by mixing salt powder of 80-100 parts by weight, sea squirt powder of 1.5-10 parts by weight, and pine mushroom of 1.5-10 parts by weight. After washing and drying the laver, the laver is processed for a first toast at 290-320°C. A toasted layer is coated with mixing salt and gas, and processed for a second toast at 320-400°C so that the moisture content of the laver becomes 10-11 parts by weight. Sea squirt powder is manufactured by separating the flesh from the shell of the sea squirt, and pulverizing to 80-110 mesh after freezing and drying to let the moisture content of the sea squirt shell decrease to less than 5 parts by weight. Pine mushroom powder is manufactured by pulverizing to 80-110 mesh after freezing and drying to let the moisture content of the pine mushroom decrease to less than 4 parts by weight. The mixing salt is coated to the laver in an amount of 0.3 through 1.5g/cm^2.
