<p>The device has an elongated body (1) comprising a loop (2) with an end (8) projecting from the device. A part of another loop (9) is opened by deformation of an arm of the former loop to introduce a support wire (5) and a vine plant branch (4). Another end (7) of the former loop receives the vine plant branch when a lever (6) compresses an opening of the former loop. Three support points are provided at an external end of the former loop, an end of the latter loop and an end of an arc shaped body, respectively.</p>
