摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method for trifluoromethyl-substituted heterocycle which substitutes a carbon-hydrogen bond of the heterocycle with trifluoromethyl by making the heterocycle react with a trifluoromethyl-iodine mixture using visible light under the presence of a ruthenium photocatalyst. The present invention can be widely applied to the production of drugs and agricultural chemicals including the trifluoromethyl-substituted heterocycle, or organic synthesis fields, by changing metabolic stability, lipid solubility, bioavailability, and combination selectivity of a compound when a trifluoromethyl group is applied to the compound.
