The device has a high temperature circuit for thermoregulation of internal combustion engine (1) e.g. Diesel engine, and a low-temperature circuit. A heat exchange unit comprises a high temperature radiator (5) and a heater (7) connected to the high temperature circuit and a low temperature radiator (6) connected to the low-temperature circuit. A communication unit formed of solenoid valves (400, 420) and pressure control valve (410) allows the circuits to communicate with each other. The solenoid valves are arranged to selectively connect an oil/water exchanger (4) with the circuits.
