PURPOSE: A thermal interface pad set and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily perform a separation process by forming a tag protruding from the lateral part of the pad. CONSTITUTION: A release film is bonded to one surface of a thermal interface pad (20). A protection film (30) is bonded to the other surface of the thermal interface pad. The protection film protects the other surface of the thermal interface pad. A tag (40) protrudes from the lateral part of the thermal interface pad. A tension providing device makes one part of the tag folded. |
