The method involves assembling multiple modules (2) with a wooden framework (3), which includes a series of vertical posts (4) extending from an upper stringer (5) to a lower element (6). A series of recesses (7) is formed in the modules and filled by a heat insulator (10). A panel (8) is fixed on an external surface of the framework and formed as a wood particle board (8). A counter-partition (12) is installed at a side of an interior surface of the modules and placed at a distance to the modules in order to form an air space. The counter-partition is made of plastered brick. An independent claim is also included for a building facade.
