A fastening device of a control board is provided to simplify the process by pushing a fixing pin to a fixing hole without a bolt joining at one time and thus fastening a ground member to a housing. A fastening device of a control board comprises a housing(10) having a fixing hole(10a) fastening a control board(20) to a vehicle body; a control board cover(30) protecting the control board by covering its exterior, arranged on the top of the control board fastened to the housing; a ground member(40) grounding with the control board cover and a housing, mounted to the control board; and a fastening part fastened to a housing, integrated with the ground member. |
