PURPOSE: A device for forming scratches for identifying defects on a crash pad is provided to easily identify the thickness defects of a tear line through scratches formed on the surface of a crash pad. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming scratches for identifying defects on a crash pad comprises a work table, a moving unit, a transfer unit, a measuring unit, a control unit, and a scratch processing unit (10). The fixing unit is located at the top of the work table and comprises one or more jigs and absorbers. The moving unit is formed between the work table and the fixing unit and moves in X or Y-axis directions to measure the thickness of a tear line on a crash pad. The measuring unit measures the thickness of the tear line. The control unit displays the measured information and controls the movement of the moving unit. The scratch processing unit is formed on the work table and forms scratches for identifying defects on the surface of the crash pad. |
