Disclosed is a mode conversion device for an electromotive bed, wherein the mode conversion device is to conveniently perform mode conversion by modifying a coupling structure between a mode conversion bracket (200) and a supporting member (100) which supports a leg supporting part (20) of the electromotive bed. The disclosed mode conversion device for an electromotive bed comprises the supporting member (100) installed to be able to rotate on the free end of the leg supporting part (20) installed at the upper frame (10) of the electromotive bed; and the mode conversion bracket (200) installed at the upper frame (10) and having at least two separated zones in which the end of the supporting member (100) can be selectively positioned. |
