The present invention relates to a detergent composition for an ITO film on a PET base material. The present invention provides the detergent composition for an ITO film on a PET base material comprising: 80.0-85.0 wt% of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether; 2.0-5.0 parts by weight of caustic soda; 3.5-5.0 wt% of polyoxylethylene laurylether; 1-7 wt% of triisobutyl phosphate; and residual amount of water. The detergent composition for an ITO film on a PET base material of the present invention is suitable for a consecutive process of a roll to roll method in a TSP manufacturing process, has high anti-foaming properties and cleaning capability even when the detergent composition is diluted with water at a high dilution rate and is able to exhibit excellent effects on the surface cleaning of the ITP film on the PET base material.
