The present invention relates to a Dutch coffee drip device which comprises: a stand (10) having a vertical length; a water supply container (20) installed on the upper side of the stand (10), which is filled with a certain amount of water, and has a water drip tube which drips water to the bottom; a rotation driving unit (30) installed on the center of the stand (10) and rotated by a driving motor (33); a drip unit (40) which is rotated by the rotation driving unit (30), has a filter (F) inside and contains a certain amount of coffee powder, and through which coffee, which has been extracted from the coffee powder by dripping water from the water supply container, drips down; and a drip server (50) installed on the lower part of the stand (10) and containing coffee extracted from the drip unit (40). The water drip tube (21) is installed so as to be eccentric to the center of the drip unit (40). The present invention with the configuration as described above can promptly extract a large amount of Dutch coffee compared to conventional devices and uniformly extract coffee from coffee powder, thereby extracting coffee with excellent tastes and flavors. |
