PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing plastic films is provided to improve gas penetration blocking properties, flexibility, and surface scratch resistance by an elaborate hardening network. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing plastic films comprises a step of preparing a transparent plastic film (20), a step of preparing a curable coating liquid, a step of forming a primer coating layer on the transparent plastic film by coating and hardening, a step of forming an inorganic film layer by coating the primer coating layer with a sol solution and performing a sol-gel reaction, a step of preparing a curable sol solution, and a step of forming a hybrid overcoating layer by coating the inorganic film layer with the curable sol solution and performing a sol-gel reaction and hardening. |
