An addition type silicone-type release agent composition is provided to realize excellent release property and adhesion between a release layer and a substrate. An addition type silicone-type release agent composition comprises: an addition type silicone resin; and an organosiloxane oligomer containing an organosiloxane backbone and having alkenyl groups on a side chain, or a side chain and the backbone, wherein the molar ratio of number of alkenyl groups contained in the composition to the number of methyl groups contained in the composition is 0.02-0.08. |
