The present invention relates to a wire type carrier for fixing a spare tire. The present invention includes a winch, hollow pipes, and a buffer fixing unit. The winch selectively prevents a pulley from rotating by using a backstop unit which includes a guide bar, a stopper, and an elastic member to selectively prevent the pulley from rotating when a wire is unwound to the maximum, thereby reliably preventing the reverse rotation from occurring when the pulley still rotates in the operation direction even after the wire wound around the pulley is unwound to the maximum. |
