The device has a body whose inner side is provided with a casing, a piston, shock absorbers, guidance elements, springs and a power supply tube. The power supply tube is located interdependent of the casing and a flexible connector. A gripping handle is connected to the body through damping elements, which are designed as damping plates (10). Ends of the casing enable guidance of the device and equipped with a prismatic base plate at a center part to carry out guidance in rotation to fix the power supply tube.
