A call connection method performed in between a smartphone and a telephone connection server connected through a packet network or a network includes: a step for receiving an originating telephone number, a receiving telephone number and a first server access number transmitted from a smartphone through a network; a step for transmitting call connection request information including the originating telephone number and the receiving telephone number to a mobile communication switch or a wired communication switch using the first server access number; a step for receiving the call connection signal from the mobile communication switch or the wired communication switch and connecting a call between the smartphone and the receiving terminal; a step for generating and storing call connection speed dial number information including a speed dial number corresponding to the originating telephone number and the receiving telephone number which the call is connected and the second server access number; a step for transmitting the call connection speed dial information to the smartphone through the packet network; a step for receiving the originating telephone number and the speed dial number transmitted from the smartphone through the network; a step for searching the second server access number and the receiving telephone number corresponding to the originating telephone number and the speed dial number and transmitting the call connection request information including the originating telephone number and the receiving telephone number using the second server access number to the mobile communication switch or the wired communication switch; and a step for receiving a call connection signal from the mobile communication switch or the wired communication switch and connecting a call between the smartphone and the receiving terminal.
