PURPOSE: A method for selecting customized drugs for a patient with cancer is provided to effectively perform customized chemotherapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting customized drugs for a patient with cancer comprises: a step of preparing biological sample from the patient; a step of measuring expression level of two or more targets among ABL1, ABL2, ALAD, AR, CD33, CHD1, CSF1R, Cyp19a1, DHFR, DNMT1, EGFR, EPHA2, ERalpha, ERbeta, ERBB2(HER2), FLT1, FLT3, FLT4, FYN, GART(GARFT), HDAC1, HDAC6, KDR, c-KIT, LCK, MS4A1(CD20), mTOR, PDGFRalpha, PDGFRbeta, POLA1, POLB, PSMB5, RAF1 (c-RAF), RET, RRM1, RRM2, RRM2B, RXRalpha, RXRbeta, RXRgamma, B-RAF, SRC, TARC1 (NK1R), TLR7, TOP1, TOP2A, TYMS or YES1 in a biological sample; and a step of selecting drug acting to the highly expressed targets. |
