Disclosed is an operation structure of an active headrest. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the operation structure of an active headrest which includes a moving wire bracket which is fixed to a seat back frame assembly, a moving wire which is movably placed in the transfer groove of the moving wire bracket, a lower cable assembly which includes a wire bracket which can be transferred by the moving wire when the moving wire is transferred and a lower wire connected to the end of the wire bracket, and a headrest stopper which rotates when the lower wire bracket of the lower cable assembly is transferred. |
