SELF-ENHANCED PLASTIC PROFILE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A self-enhanced plastic profile and a production method thereof. The self-enhanced plastic profile is made by co-extruding a base resin, and a PBT resin containing glass fiber. The production method of the self-enhanced plastic profile is: melting and co-extruding the base resin, and the PBT resin containing glass fiber. Basic devices comprise a main machine and an auxiliary machine perpendicular to the main machine. The main unit processes the base material PVC (1). The auxiliary machine processes an enhanced strip (2) of the PBT resin containing glass fiber. The main machine and the auxiliary machine operate for co-extrusion simultaneously and for cold-cutting and shaping after primary forming. The enhanced strip (2) is made by mixing the glass fiber and the polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) plastic. The self-enhanced plastic profile has advantages of being simple and fast to mount and convenient to produce.
