<p>The method involves determining a change in the level of water or height of ice over the tectonic plates, by the weight transfer caused by the desired displacement of the plates. The rise and fall of the land and the submarine base are measured with the established measurement points, through navigation and measurement systems. The hanging objects of the plates and the depth of the hanging points are investigated during detection of earthquakes.</p>
