The present invention relates to an apparatus for fastening a material used for a press molding work, in order to prevent the synthetic resins from slacking by fastening the edge of the synthetic resins. More specifically, the apparatus comprises upper and lower fastening devices, which pressurizes the edge of the material used for a press molding work, to fix the material. The lower fastening device includes: a rectangular-shaped lower frame; a lower fastening plate, which both sides are fastened to both respective ends of the lower frame; a guide plate which is formed transverse onto the lower fastening plate; a slider which moves on a straight line on the guide plate; a lower spring, which one end is fastened to one side of the slider, and which the other end is fastened to one side of the upper frame. |
