The present invention relates to manufacturing a filling material by mixing polysilicon with additives, thereby, is aimed at manufacturing a hardening composition using polysilicon sludge capable of increasing the efficiency of resources and reducing environmental pollutions, so as to provide a method for manufacturing a filling material using the same. The method for manufacturing a filling material, using the polysilicon sludge hardening composition, according to the present invention, to achieve the goal, includes: washing the polysilicon sludge (S I); drying the washed polysilicon sludge (S II); inputting a predetermined amount of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) into the dried polysilicon sludge (S III); and manufacturing the hardening material (S IV) by mixing an additive havin20-30 weight portion : 25.4125 % of MgO by weight, 46 % of Al2O3 by weight, 24.287 % of TiO by weight, 1.5925 % of MnO by weight, 21.509 % of Fe2O3 by weight, 0.4255 % of SrO by weight, 0.1435% of ZrO by weight and 20.63% of SnO2 by weight.
