An ink binder composition comprising: an aqueous dispersion comprising: the melt blending product of: (A) at least one interpolymer of ethylene with at least one comonomer selected from the group consisting of a C4-C20 linear, branched or cylic diene, and a compound represented by the formula H2C=CHR wherein R is a Ci-C 2 0 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group or a C6-C2 0 aryl group, and; (B) at least one polymeric dispersing agent; (C) in the presence of water; and (D) optionally at least one neutralizing agent; wherein the dispersion has a pH in the range of from 8 to 11, and a volume average particle size of less than 5 pim.
