PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet apparatus in which deterioration in image quality on a recording medium is suppressed in reduced power consumption without complicating a conveyance structure and a driving structure.SOLUTION: A liquid jet apparatus includes; a recording medium supply unit 10 for supplying a recording medium M; a recording medium conveyance unit 20, having a supporting surface 23a for supporting the recording medium M, for conveying the recording medium M; a jet head H for jetting liquid toward the recording medium M supported by the recording medium conveyance unit 20; a recording medium recovery unit 30 for recovering the recording medium M; a heater block 27, arranged between the recording medium conveyance unit 20 and the recording medium recovery unit 30, for drying ink, which has impacted on the recording medium M, by directly heating the recording medium M on an abutment surface 27a; and an interleaf supply unit 80 for supplying a sheet-shaped interleaf S between the abutment surface 27a and the recording medium M on the side of the recording medium conveyance unit 20, in which the interleaf S sandwiched between the abutment surface 27a and the recording medium M, together with the recording medium M, is conveyed. |
