PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a temperature in a hoistway of an elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator device comprises: a plurality of cars which move between a plurality of floors by ascending/descending in a hoistway; a ventilation part which is provided in each car of the plurality of cars and which performs ventilation between inside of the cars and in the hoistway; a temperature measurement part which is provided at each car and which measures the temperature of the air in the hoistway; and a ventilation control part which, based on the temperature measured at the temperature measurement part, stops a predetermined plurality of cars from among the plurality of cars at predetermined floors, opens the doors of the predetermined plurality of cars and operates the ventilation part of the predetermined plurality of cars. |
