摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of red ginseng is provided to prevent body cracking and white skin phenomena, and to secure the color which is almost the same with existing red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: Raw ginseng is dried. The dried ginseng is steamed while spraying water or outflow water for maintaining the drying rate. The drying process is conducted by a long term dry-dehumidifying process, or a short tern hot air drying process. The dry-dehumidifying process is performed at 20-40°C for 12 hours, and the hot air drying process is performed at 80-100°C for 30 minutes-3 hours. The drying rate of the raw ginseng during the drying process is maintained in 5-35%. The steaming process is conducted at 90-100°C for 30 minutes-4 hours. The steamed red ginseng is firstly dried at 60-70°C, and the moisture content of the red ginseng is adjusted into 10-20%.
