PURPOSE: A probe unit of a film type for display panel test is provided to prevent the deformation and displacement of the probe due to an external force or contact with an electrode pad, thereby improving the reliability of the repeated test. CONSTITUTION: A probe unit (10) comprises a main body (100) fixed by bolts, an alignment block (200) fastened to the bottom of the main body by bolts, a probe sheet (300) in which a plurality of wires extending forward and backward is formed on one side of an electrically insulated film by the printed wiring technology. |
