PURPOSE: A telematics system using human body communication, a portable device having function of telematics using human body communication and a method for providing telematics service using human body communication are provided to perform a telematics service by configuring a communication network using a human body as medium. CONSTITUTION: In a telematics system using human body communication, a portable device having function of telematics using human body communication and a method for providing telematics service using human body communication, a vehicle(100) receives an authentication key from at least one portable device through human body communications using a human body as medium. The vehicle controls the open and close based on the validity of the authentication key received from the vehicle. A controller(110) reads out the stored authentication key when a user body is contacted with the vehicle. A human body communications unit(190) converts the authentication key into a signal to be transmitted through the human body. An electrode(195) transmits the signal from the human body communications unit to the vehicles through the user body. |
