APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING PERSONAL NETWORK TO PROVIDE CPNS SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for establishing a personal network (PN) by mutually connecting a gateway device with various Consumer Electronics (CE) through simple processing so that the Consumer Electronics (CE) can receive various services.SOLUTION: The method has the steps of: performing a physical pairing with peripheral devices through near field communication (NFC); searching for a gateway device for relaying the service from the server among the physically paired devices; selecting a system for establishing a personal network with the gateway device; and transmitting a request for connecting with the personal network in accordance with the selected system to the searched gateway device.
