PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a mounted board capable of preventing quality failure due to erroneous mounting by clearly prescribing corrective measures when any erroneous setting of an electronic component is found.SOLUTION: Error corrective measures is taken when an electronic component is determined as a component different from a correct electronic component to be supplied from a parts feeder at a predetermined timing which is previously set in a component mounting process. The production operation of a component mounting unit provided with a part feeder feeding a different component is stopped first. Subsequently, the timing when the different component is set is identified based on component set record information. Further, all the boards produced by the component mounting unit after the identified component setting timing are identified as the boards to be controlled which are possibly mounted with different components. The production operation is stopped by all the devices handing the boards to be controlled disposed at the downstream side with respect to the component mounting unit. |
