PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a configuration that allows a large current to be passed from a solar cell through loads in a short period of time.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle solar system 100 is provided for charging loads 111 and 112 with power from a solar cell module 101. The on-vehicle solar system 100 has: a capacitor 102 that accumulates the power from the solar cell module 101 and outputs the accumulated power to the loads 111 and 112; and a maximum power point tracking module for a solar cell.
