PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of changing a display method of a similar case in accordance with the necessity of presenting the similar case during a medical act.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a similar case retrieval part 104 for retrieving similar case data being case data including examination information whose feature is similar to a feature of examination information of a medical act object from a case database 210 for storing case data obtained by associating the examination information of a subject with information of the difficulty of a medical act based on the examination information, a display method determination part 108 for determining a display method of the similar case data on the basis of the difficulty of the medical act in the similar case data retrieved by the similar case retrieval part 104, and a display part 109 for displaying the similar case data according to the display method determined by the display method determination part 108.
