PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring member for a bearing component capable of further elongating a service life of a large bearing, a race manufactured with the ring member for a bearing component, a roller bearing including the race, and a method of manufacturing the ring member for a bearing component to manufacture the ring member for a bearing component capable of elongating the service life of the large bearing.SOLUTION: A ring member 10 has a circular structure formed by joining end faces W1 and W2 of a rod member 11 made of steel. An outer diameter D1 of the ring member 10 is 200 mm or more. The rod member 11 is forged in a state that a forging ratio becomes 10 S or more.
