PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary connector which enables a simplified structure and reduced noise.SOLUTION: In a rotary connector, a movable body 13 rotating along with the rotation/revolution of a planetary gear 12 and a flat cable 3 provided with a reverse portion 3a in the middle are housed inside an annular space S defined between an outer cylinder 4a of a fixed-side housing 1 and an inner cylinder 7b of a movable-side housing 2. A regulating wall 13b extending in a circumferential direction across an opening 14 is vertically arranged on the movable body 13, which is made of a resin molding, and the reverse portion 3a is passed through the opening 14 so as to regulate the movement of the flat cable 3 in a radial direction. Further, a plurality of protrusions 13c swelling toward an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 4a are repeatedly formed in the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface of the regulating wall 13b. |
