PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscilloscope capable of processing a test waveform into a video file.SOLUTION: The oscilloscope includes: a basic function module for performing a test on an electronic element and obtaining a test waveform including at least a test waveform of power consumption of the electronic element; a storage unit for storing the test waveform obtained by the basic function module at a prescribed time interval; and a video processing unit for generating a video file with the use of the test waveform recorded by the storage unit.
