PRESSURE GUAGE FOR GAS PIPING AIRTIGHTNESS INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure gauge for gas piping airtightness inspection capable of continuously obtaining reliable data on a change of the pressure covering a wide range from a low pressure to an intermediate pressure or a high pressure by one set of gas pressure measuring equipment without exchanging a pressure gauge on every occasion or simultaneously installing a plurality of pressure gauges.SOLUTION: A pressure gage for gas piping airtightness inspection includes: a pipe line 46 for measuring intermediate and high pressures and a pipe line 47 for measuring a low pressure, both of which are branched from an introduction pipe line 43 leading to a pressure introduction port 40 detachably connected to an inspection port 82 of a pressure measurement object. The intermediate and high pressure pipe line is provided with an intermediate and high pressure sensor 45; the low pressure pipe line is provided with an electromagnetic valve 48; and the low pressure measurement pipe line located on the downstream side of the electromagnetic valve is provided with a low pressure sensor 49. This low pressure sensor is configured to measure the pressure of the low pressure measurement pipe line when the electromagnetic valve is released by a pressure signal processing circuit 50 which processes a pressure signal detected by the intermediate and high pressure sensor.
