PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of performing work of replacement, inspection and the like of a valve without removing a valve case from a cylinder.SOLUTION: A valve device 1 comprises: a valve case 2 fixed to a hydraulic cylinder 31; a sub valve case 3 incorporated into the valve case in an airtight and fittable/separable manner; and a pressing member 4 fixed to an outside surface 6 of the valve case 2 by a bolt 5 in such a manner that an outside surface 12 of the sub valve case 3 is covered in an airtight manner. A valve body 11 is incorporated into the sub valve case 3. The sub valve case 3 can be inserted/pulled out together with the valve body 11 with respect to the valve case 2 by screwing an operation jig to a screw hole part 15. For the replacement of the valve, all that has to be done is to remove the sub valve case 3 from the valve case 2. The work is simple, the possibility of air entering the inside of the apparatus is reduced and the deterioration of performance of the hydraulic apparatus can be prevented. For filling hydraulic oil, by enlarging the opening by removing the sub valve case 3, it can be performed easily without any inconvenience even for hydraulic oil having high viscosity. |
