A synthetic resin plate (1) is equipped with: multiple housing sections (2) each for housing at least one of a bus bar, a terminal, or an electric wire that is connected to the terminal; a hinge (7) for connecting a first housing section and second housing section of the housing sections (2) in a mutually movable manner; and a protrusion that is provided on the top surface of the peripheral wall section of the first housing section and restricts the movable range of the second housing section in the moving direction thereof relative to the first housing section by abutting a part of the second housing section.
