The element (1) has planar light conductors (5) and a transilluminable surface (3) arranged before one of the planar light conductors. The planar light conductors comprise a linking element (11) including light units (13) i.e. LEDs, connected into the planar light conductors. The linking element of the planar light conductor is shaded by a shading element (12) i.e. carrier wall element that is placed opposite to the transilluminable surface. The light conductor is arranged on a side of a carrier (2). The light units are arranged on a circuit board element. The transilluminable surface is a tissue surface, a fleece material, a leather surface or a plastic surface.
