<p>Disclosed are a cloud attendant processing method, device and system. By adopting the embodiments of the present invention, a request for operating an attendant function can be received through an attendant service end and sent to an attendant call centre, after the attendant call centre processes the request for operating an attendant function, an attendant function processing result sent from the attendant call centre is received, if the attendant function processing result is successful, the function state of the attendant service end is set, to allow the function state of the attendant service end to correspond to the request for operating an attendant function, and a state setting instruction is sent to an attendant terminal through the attendant service end, to allow the attendant terminal to set the key state of an integrated key of the attendant terminal. The technical solution realizes the function linkage and state synchronization of an attendant terminal and an attendant service end only through the attendant terminal, and avoids limited device selection caused by strong coupling of an attendant telephone and an attendant call centre, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of relatively high implementation costs and post-maintenance costs.</p> |
