The control unit carries out control in which: first key information and second key information paired with the first key information are generated and stored in the recording unit; the recorded first key information is transmitted to an exterior device via the information processing device; third key information and fourth key information encrypted in the external device on the basis of the first key information are received via the information processing device; the received third key information and the fourth key information are decrypted using the second key information; and the decrypted third key information and the fourth key information are used to execute a predetermined program.
